The House

The Waterford Pearl stone home was built over 190 years ago. Over the next almost 2 centuries, the property and stone home served as residential housing, a tavern and bed and breakfast. Portions of the original property, such as the horse barns and indoor hall, were rumored to have been added sometime in the early 1900's. In 2018, the home’s exterior and interior were lovingly restored with respect to the original character. 

The grounds

The grounds and gardens on the property have been elegantly designed to allow for a truly special experience. The grounds feature two barns, a ceremony patio and flower gardens. The round ceremony patio is perfect for outdoor ceremonies as well as for serving as a special cocktail area.

The Waterford Pearl Marquee is the newest and most exciting addition to the historic space. The Marquee a unique event space that specializes in wedding receptions and ceremonies year round. This beautiful addition allows us to offer an event space for all seasons and all party sizes. The interior offers a elegant feel with tall ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. Our tent is equipped with all the a climate control system that can accommodate winter cold or summer heat.
